Overnight camping for Cub Scout Pack 549/Verona with the Boy Scout Verona Troup 349.
Camp with fire, rank activities, and fun! Come and see what the Boys Scouts do at their camps.
Cost is $10 per person.

Geology Field Trip
Time: Meet at 12:45 pm at North Shore Chateau
Program: 1-4 pm
This program is for Wolf, Bear and Webelo I and II. Due to nature of walk, this activity is not open to Tigers or siblings.
Wolf and Bear will earn Geology Belt Loop and Pin and Webelo will earn Geology Belt Loop, Pin, and Webelo Geology Merit Badge.

Annual "Sock Wars". Bring six pairs of sweat socks to be used in sock wars and then donate to a shelter.

Place: Verona Public Library
Scout Round Up for new scouts to come and see what scouting is all about. Any boy entering grades 1st through 5th grade for the 2011-2012 school year are welcome to join.
Join Scouts today. It is lots of fun!
Monthly pack meetings are held the third Thursday of the month at Glacier Edge Elementary School. Den meetings and other great activities are also held during the year. See the "About" tab to learn more about the Pack 549 and "Forms" tab for an application.

We have a new popcorn vendor this year with several new tasty products.

Dane County Humane Society Tour
Dane County Humane Society Tour for Pack 549
When: Saturday, Oct 1st, 2011
Place: Dane County Humane Society, 5132 Voges Rd, Madison, 53718
Time: Meet at parking lot of Society at 11:20 am for 11:30 tour of the facility. 1 hour in length

We will present bandannas the scouts made at the pack meeting on Sept 15th. If you did not attend the Sept pack meeting, you are still welcome to come to the tour and present the bandannas - this is a pack event!
Note: The group is very large so not all parents may be able to go on the tour due to space. Plan accordingly. Any questions:
